Our TERMS OF USE and our PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY were designed to communicate the practices developed by this association regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that the USER may provide through face-to-face service at our office, by phone, by email, on our website https://sunsetcomelas.com/ and on other associated websites, microsites, platforms, applications and subsites that may perform a common function on behalf of Instituto Sunset Com Elas.
In order for our services to be offered in the best possible way, our team, through our website, application and digital platforms, collects various data and information, in order to offer the best experience and efficiency for you. We at Instituto Sunset Com Elas are aware of the importance of your privacy and we take all possible measures to ensure it.

When this policy mentions “Instituto Sunset Com Elas”, “we”, “us” or “our”, as well as grammatical variations of the first person plural, it refers to Instituto Sunset Com Elas, which is responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy (so-called “Data Controller”).

7.1. MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION

8. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
8.1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Sunset Com Elas Institute belongs to: (a) any and all software, application or functionality used by the Sunset Com Elas Institute referring to the USERS' website and/or access platform and/or application; (b) the visual identity of the website and/or platform and/or application (including the graphic-visual art project of any of its pages); (c) the business name, brand, domain name, slogan(s) or advertising expression(s) or any distinctive signs of its ownership inserted on the website and/or platform and/or application; and (d) any and all content created and produced by Instituto Sunset Com Elas, by itself or by third parties, which may only be used with the prior authorization of the institution, and in writing, in any way or form, by USERS.
In cases where the websites and/or platforms and/or applications allow the sending and/or transmission of content by the USER, the USER grants free, non-exclusive, irrevocable and irreversible authorization to Instituto Sunset Com Elas to use any and all rights intellectual property (including copyright and related) on any content sent and/or transmitted by the USER to the website and/or platform and/or application, in any way or form, at its sole discretion, without any restriction or limitation of any nature. The USER declares and guarantees that the contents do not infringe the rights of third parties and that they have obtained all the necessary authorizations to enable their use by Instituto Sunset Com Elas.
